

Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters Cocktail Maple Syrup
This amazing syrup was developed in collaboration with Bittercube and uses the leftover mash from their Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters. It simply makes an incredible Tom Collins - just add lemon juice, gin, and the maple syrup - and is delicious for many other uses including waffles, yogurt, coffee (one of our favorite uses), home-made marshmallows, and much, much more. This syrup has a deep flavor profile, you’ll note the cherries and vanilla which are layered upon cinnamon, anise, and maple.
