Thank you for your interest in Tapped, we truly value your support. Below is information about shipping and returns.

Order & Shipping

We aim to ship your order within 3 business days of receiving it. In many cases we ship the same or next day. However, occasionally for larger or more involved orders, it may take up to 5 business days to ship your order.

We ship via US Postal Service, Spee-Dee Delivery of the Upper Midwest, and UPS depending on location and cost.

We provide $7 flat rate shipping on all orders, except for Hawaii and Alaska where rate is $20. The shipping costs we charge only partially cover the shipping and handling costs.

Returns

Our goal is to produce the highest quality products that will exceed your expectations. If for any reason, one of our maple syrups does not meet your expectations, we will refund your purchase within 30 days of purchase. Any products damaged during shipping will be replaced without cost to you.

Gift Orders

Orders can be shipped as a gift, after you enter your email for order confirmation, just enter the recipient’s address in the “Delivery” section. You will enter your own information in the “Payment” section. A payment receipt will not be included in orders shipped to an address other than the payee’s address.
