A Whiskey Story

Here’s a fun, tasty story that’s a great illustration of the work we like to do and the partnerships we like to cultivate.

Great Northern Distilling, in Plover, WI, is an excellent locally distillery with whom we love to partner. They make Vanguard whiskey which they put in beautiful oak barrels for awhile. Every year, we get a few of those barrels to age maple syrup in them for 6 months to produce our whiskey barrel aged maple syrup. This past year, one of those barrels went back to Great Northern and they aged The Bottle Stop Project One whiskey in it to produce Project One Maple Barrel, which is now available.
