Below are a few of our favorite ways to used Tapped.
Tree's Knees (adapted from the class Bee's Knees)
2 oz Gin
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz maple syrup
Shake all the ingredients together with ice.
Cardamom-infused Maple Rum Sour
2 oz Rum
1 oz lime juice
1 oz cardamom-infused maple syrup
white of 1 egg
Shake all the ingredients. Pour over ice.
Cinnamon-infused Maple Old Fashioned
2 oz Brandy
1 oz cinnamon-infused maple syrup
Muddle all the ingredients
Pour over ice and add soda
Maple Syrup Candied Nuts
We love using these maple syrup candied nuts on our salads and just for snacking.
Cover nuts (walnuts, pecans) in maples syrup, about 1 table spoon/cup of nuts. We like using cinnamon infused and cardamom infused maple syrup (together or alone). Spread the nuts on a cookie sheet and cook at 250 degrees for about 45 minutes, stirring every 10 or 15 minutes.

Maple Pudding Cake
This is a popular delicious traditional Quebecoise dessert. And, there's a reason it's popular!
Add 2-3 tablespoons of cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, ginseng, and/or turmeric infused maple syrup to club soda for an all-natural drink that's healthier and more delicious than a canned soda.
Cardamom Maple Cherry Shrub
2 tablespoons Siren Shrub Co. Door County Tart Cherry shrub
1 tablespoon cardamom-infused maple syrup
Stir over ice and top with seltzer.
Maple Drinking Vinegar
I really enjoy this easy, zippy drink. Combine:
1 1/2 tablespoons of infused or regular maple syrup
1 1/2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
Top with soda water and stir
