Join us for the sweetest event of the season to unveil our 2019 lineup of infused and barrel-aged pure maple syrup from sustainably managed forests in northern Wisconsin! This year’s collection includes our limited release spring whiskey barrel-aged syrup in partnership with Great Northern Distillers. Our new craft-infused syrups are Hibiscus and Hops, in addition to our current varieties of Cardamom, Cinnamon, Espresso, Ginger, Ginseng, Red Pepper and Turmeric. Savor the sweetness of this year’s maple syrup in the stunning setting of the Hilton Garden Inn Wausau bar, restaurant and patio!

Craft cocktails for purchase by Master Bartender Jeff Dixon featuring Tapped Maple Syrup
Small plates by Executive Chef and Antigo native Mitch Below featuring Tapped Maple Syrup
A tasting of our 2019 lineup of barrel-aged, infused, and pure maple syrups
Opportunity to purchase maple syrup
This unique experience celebrates our state’s spring maple syrup ritual, the forest stewardship and culinary journey that results from each tapping season.
The event is free, and registration is not required (unless you want to do dinner beforehand). Just show up!
