Maple Syrup Candied Nuts

We love using these maple syrup candied nuts on our salads and just for snacking.

INGREDIENTS
  • Walnuts or pecans

  • Maple syrup - we like using cinnamon and cardamon-infused maple syrup (together or alone)

DIRECTIONS
  1. Cover nuts in maples syrup, about 1 tablespoon/cup of nuts.

  2. Spread the nuts on a cookie sheet and cook at 250 degrees for about 45 minutes, stirring every 10 or 15 minutes.
